Everything I build, with the price attached. A landing page, a corporate website you edit yourself through Builty CMS, a personalised links page, or a Shopify store that takes payments, quoted as a fixed figure before anything starts, never billed by the hour.

Service Catalogue
You pay for the build once, up front. After that, only what I run carries a recurring fee. Put a website on your own server and nothing renews; a Shopify store always has a monthly, because Shopify charges for the platform either way.

You get the figure before the work starts. If the scope does not change, neither does the price.
Websites renew yearly: £350 corporate, £250 hosted landing page, £120 hosted links page. A Shopify store is monthly instead, £49 or £120.
Anything added to Builty after launch is scoped in a Statement of Work and priced on its complexity.
Reading the table. “Up front” is what you pay to have it built, charged once and never again. “Then” is what recurs after that, yearly on a website and monthly on a Shopify store. A dash means there is nothing to renew.

Product 01
One page, built to do one job: take a visitor and turn them into an enquiry. Designed and written around a single offer, with nothing on the page competing for the click.
The site lives on your infrastructure and the hosting account stays in your name. I design, build and deploy the page onto it, then hand over the files and access.
Nothing renews with me. You pay your own host direct.
Hosting handled here, with nothing for you to set up, nothing to configure and no separate provider to deal with. The first year is included in the price above.
Then £250/yr, hosting and maintenance, renewed annually.
Best for. A single campaign, a launch, or a service you want to sell on its own. If you need several pages that you can edit yourself, look at Product 02 instead.

Product 02
A full company website that you edit yourself. Builty CMS sits behind it, so text, images and pages change without a developer, a ticket or a wait.
Everything up to going live: the design, the build, the CMS behind it and your content in place. Charged once, at the start, and never again.
Builty CMS, hosting and maintenance in a single annual fee. One figure, renewed every twelve months, with no setup charge attached to it.
The one figure to remember: £1500 to build it, £350 a year to keep it running.
Best for. A company that needs more than one page and wants to change its own content without booking developer time. If a single page is all you need, Product 01 is the cheaper route.
Growing later. Builty takes new functionality after launch, quoted feature by feature under a Statement of Work. Page 05 sets out how that works.

Product 03 · Extensions
One personalised page holding every link you point people at, designed properly, on your own address, rather than rented from a template service.
Nothing renews with me.
Then £120/yr, renewed annually.
Builty is built to grow. Anything you want to add after launch is scoped on its own and priced on its complexity. There is no fixed rate card, because no two features cost the same to build.
In your own words. A sentence and an example of it working elsewhere is enough to start.
What gets built, how it behaves, what it does not cover, how long it takes and what it costs.
Nothing is built and nothing is charged until the SOW is signed off. Declining costs you nothing.
Delivered into the site you already have, at the price agreed in the SOW.

Product 04
A proper shop, built on Shopify, which is the same platform the big brands run on. You add products, take card payments, track stock and ship orders from one place. I build it, wire up the payments and hand it over selling.
Then £49/mo, billed by Shopify.
Then £120/mo, everything included.
Shopify charges for the platform whichever route you take, so a store always has a monthly. What changes is who holds the account, and who does the work when something needs doing.

Next steps
Even if it is three lines and a link to a competitor. You get a scope, a price and a date back, with no obligation attached.
Tell me what the site is for and who it is for. Rough is fine.
You get the product, the fixed figure and the delivery date in writing.
Design and development, with a review point before it goes live.
The site goes live. On Builty, you get CMS access and a walkthrough of it.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown are those current at the date of issue, August 2026, and apply to the scope described in this catalogue. Setup and one-off fees are charged once; annual fees renew every twelve months from the launch date. Work outside the scope described here, including any new functionality added to Builty CMS, is quoted separately under a Statement of Work and is not carried out until that Statement of Work has been approved. This catalogue is a price list, not a contract, and does not constitute a binding offer.
